I agree with you about the quality of FMA versus Naruto, although Naruto was my first manga. I was able to appreciate how good FMA was while still being able to enjoy Naruto when I was first reading it. FMA has spoiled me since.

@darkryoux i think different type of people will have different react to each manga and anime some will love one piece some will hate it for me i think all of the manga and anime are great in many ways
I watch NAruto, One Piece and FMA and those three are AWESOME. Of course, everyone has the favorite one, but the three are epic in their one way.

And FMA has more in a frame.
Naruto isn’t that good. It’s just famous, and people defend it way too much. That’s why I never recommend Naruto as a first manga to a fan. Start with FMA or Hellsing or something other than the big three of Shounen Jump, or your view of manga will be much to linear

@zackgonnasurvivenwo in all the top 3 best manga i say that one piece has the best story , bleach has best art and fighting and magical power , and naruto for me is just that it worth reading every week when new chapter comes but i wont reread it when i am bother
@narubud i dont think naruto is that of a masterpiece , but is still great , but there are some that draw back from being the greatest. like it pissed me off when sakura said she will kill saskue himself , so…naruto wasted 3 years of training just to heard THAT?!?! hell i would accept it when sakura just say it when naruto came back and damn there are many thing that set back too lol
Naruto is amazing and incredible!! FMA is at the same level but One Piece is trash!!It’s just ugly!! The drawings are trash and To compare FMA and Naruto (masterpieces) with One Piece is horrible!!
Yeah,I thought almost exactly THIS before I started reading it.Anime is total crap.But the manga?After Ive gotten over the ugly art style it became my favourite.Maybe even number 1.And Ive read a lot of manga before.

It’s been what? 103 chapters. It’s reached the top of the shounen and manga gender, and is arguably the best to come out in this last decade (so far as mainstream is concern, but I believe even counting others…it’s up there)
anyway, that said, One Piece and Naruto are classic shounen. It’s enjoyable to read them and I like them, but it’s not at FMA’s level.
can you please name a SINGLE similarity between the two animes other than the art? The concepts are WORLDS apart and saying that they’re similar is sheer idiocy…

the only reason its so famous in japan is because that fucktard akira(creator of dragnball) has thrown is lot in with oda. one piece is nothing but a copy of dragon ball on almost all levels(which sucked in my opinion).
I love the chorus of this song so much! <3 I can’t deny though, first time I saw the opening I kinda looked down on the song, first because it’s not the style I like, second because the singer’s voice kinda annoyed me. But after watching the opening so many times I grew quite fond of it. Not to mention the concept and the animation of this opening are the best! Absolutely love it now! ^.^

ok i hate to break it to yall but Naruto is trash written by people who are trash and its stupidly repetitive cause no one gets anywhere unfrorunatley and the characters are terribly under developed and have no depth. Plus its just one adventure after another tied together by a loose string of events and to that matter they killed off characters in avery unoriginal manner
